Welcome to the website of The Glass Bar restaurant, located in playa del Carmen, Mexico.
The Glass Bar restaurant was opened in 2003 as the result of a project by Nicola Iorio, with the collaboration of partners Stefano Dal Ben (chef), Daniele Personali and Riccardo Bertazzoni (chef).
This constellation of partners has created a family-style company with an international-style organization.
The restaurant aims at offering – in this wonderful part of Mexico - a concept of modern cuisine and enology reminding customers of a united Italy, from North to South, without overlooking traditions and typicalities.
